The Fully Automatic High-Speed Spice Powder Bottle Filling Line is designed for efficient, continuous filling and packaging of powdered spices and seasonings into bottles. It integrates automatic bottle handling, bottle inversion and washing, dual rotary auger filling, automatic capping, bottle labeling, shrink-sleeve labeling and finished-product collection into one complete production line.

Dual Rotary Auger Filling for Higher Production Output

The line is equipped with two high-speed continuous rotary powder filling machines featuring auger-screw dosing technology. The dual-filler configuration is designed to support higher production throughput for spice powder and seasoning powder bottling.

Complete Automatic Bottle Packaging Process

The line includes two medium-speed bottle unscramblers, two channel-type bottle inversion and washing machines, two high-speed rotary powder filling machines, a vacuum powder feeder, a cap elevator, a high-speed capping machine, a star-wheel round-bottle labeling machine, a linear sleeve labeling machine, a heat-shrink tunnel and a finished-product collecting table.

Automatic bottle feeding and preparation help maintain a continuous supply of empty bottles. The dual rotary filling system then doses the powder into the bottles, followed by automatic cap feeding and capping. The labeling section applies round-bottle labels and shrink sleeves, while the heat-shrink tunnel completes the sleeve-shrinking process. Finished bottles are finally collected at the output table.
