Application:
It can be used in perfume, aromatherapy, cosmetics and personal care production lines where automatic filling, inner cap pressing, outer cap tightening and carton packaging are required. Such as lavender essential oil, peppermint oil, tea tree oil, eucalyptus oil, perfume oil, attar oil, fragrance oil, facial serum, hair care oil, beard oil, cuticle oil, massage oil and body care oil.

Package Type:
Suitable for small glass or plastic bottles fitted with inner plugs and outer screw caps, followed by automatic packaging into folding cartons.

Workflow: 
Bottle Feeding → Double-Head Magnetic Pump Filling → Inner Cap Feeding → Inner Cap Pressing → Outer Cap Feeding → Screw Capping → Automatic Bottle Conveying → Carton Feeding and Forming → Finished Product Output
