Application:
This granule filling machine packs freeze-dried coffee granules, instant coffee crystals, coffee beans, and similar free-flowing coffee products into bottles or jars. The bottle filling line weighs each portion, fills the container, presses the cap, seals the foil liner, applies front and back labels, prints batch details, and adds shrink film. This coffee packaging machine reaches up to 30 bottles/min, depending on bottle size and filling weight.

Package Type:
The filling line works with PET, HDPE, and rigid plastic bottles or jars in round, square, or flat shapes. It supports press-on caps, aluminum foil liners, double-side labels, and shrink-film sleeves. Change parts match different bottle heights, neck sizes, cap formats, and label positions.
