Automatic Multi-Head Linear Weigher Detergent Powder Gusset Bag Filling and Packing Machine

Application:
This detergent powder filling packing machine packs washing powder, laundry detergent powder, dishwasher powder, cleaning powder, bleaching powder, and other free-flowing cleaning products. A Z-type elevator feeds the material to the four-head linear weigher, while the LD-420AS forms, fills, gussets, seals, and cuts each bag from roll film. The configured line handles about 50g–1kg packs and typically runs up to 60 bags/min with detergent powder.

Package Type:
The washing powder packing machine produces back-seal gusset bags from BOPP roll film. The side folds give detergent packs more internal space than a standard pillow bag and work well for medium-size retail packs. The machine can also run compatible printed or plain heat-sealable laminated films according to the detergent formula and bag specification.
