Application:
It can be used in granule product packing machine where automatic feeding, weighing, bag forming, filling and sealing are required. Such as peanuts, roasted peanuts, cashews, almonds, pistachios, walnuts, mixed nuts, sunflower seeds, soybeans, chickpeas, rice, cereal grains, coffee beans, hard candies, gummy candies, chocolate beans and pet food.

Suitable for laminated roll film formed into pillow bags, back-seal bags or gusset bags, with optional labeling, date coding and degassing valve application.

Feature:
1. The 14-head 5L multihead weigher completes automatic weighing for peanuts, nuts and other granular products.
2. The Z-type bucket elevator transfers materials continuously from the feeding hopper to the weighing system.
3. The LD-900A vertical packing machine completes film unwinding, bag forming, filling, sealing and cutting automatically.
4. The labeling device applies product labels to the packaging film according to the configured production process.
5. The thermal transfer ribbon printer can print production date, batch number, barcode and other packaging information.
6. The degassing valve device helps release excess air from the bag to reduce the finished package volume.
7. The support platform provides access to the multihead weigher for cleaning, inspection and routine maintenance.
8. The packing line can be connected with downstream conveyors, checkweighers, metal detectors or case packing equipment according to production requirements.
