Automatic Granule Bottle Filling Capping Labeling Line with Checkweigher and Metal Detector

Application:
This granule filling machine packs nuts, peanuts, coffee beans, tea leaves, candy, seeds, cereal, dried fruit, seasoning granules, pet food, capsules, and other free-flowing products into bottles and jars. A 24-head 1.6L multihead weigher measures each portion before the double rotary filling section transfers the product into bottles. The downstream granule filling line checks bottle weight and metal contamination, closes the cap, seals the bottle mouth with foil, adjusts bottle orientation through camera detection, and applies labels.
