Application:
This m shape pouch packing machine is suitable for granola, mixed nuts and other free-flowing granular products packed in premade pouches. It can be used in snack food, cereal, nut processing, dried food, agricultural product and pet food production lines where automatic material feeding, weighing, pouch picking, filling and sealing are required. Such as granola, muesli, almonds, cashews, peanuts, pistachios, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, raisins, dried cranberries, banana chips, coffee beans, cereal, rice, beans, candy, puffed snacks and pet treats.

Workflow: 
Material Feeding → Z-type Elevating → Linear Weighing → Pouch Feeding → Pouch Picking → Date Coding → Pouch Opening → Granule Filling → Air Exhaust → Heat Sealing → Finished Bag Discharge

1. Z-type bucket elevator automatically transfers granular materials to the weighing system for continuous product feeding.
2. Single-head linear weigher measures granola, nuts, dried fruits and other free-flowing granular products before filling.
3. Single-station design completes pouch picking, opening, filling and sealing within one compact packing structure.
4. The pouch handling system can be adjusted for zipper stand-up pouches and kraft paper gusset M-shaped bags.
5. Coding system can print production date, batch number and other coding information on the premade pouch.
6. Air exhaust function helps release excess air from the pouch before final sealing and reduces unnecessary package bulk.
7. PLC and touchscreen control allow operators to set weighing and packing parameters from the control panel.
8. Finished pouches are automatically transferred by the discharge conveyor for collection or connection with downstream equipment.
