Application:
This milk powder filling machine packs milk powder, infant formula powder, protein powder, nutrition powder, coffee powder, and other dry powder products into metal cans. The line sorts empty cans, cleans them with filtered air and UV light, inserts measuring scoops, fills each dose, removes air, adds nitrogen, seams the can, cleans the exterior, and presses the plastic lid. It runs at up to 30 cans/min, depending on the can size and filling weight.
Packaging Type:
The line handles round metal cans and tins fitted with seamed metal ends and plastic overcaps. It also supports measuring scoops placed inside the can before filling. Change parts match different can diameters, heights, filling volumes, lid sizes, and scoop formats.
