Automatic Mini Doypack Premade Pouch Vacuum Packing Machine for Dried Chili

Application:
This mini doypack machine packs dried chili, dried vegetables, dried fruit, grains, beans, nuts, herbs, spices, and other bulky dry products. The chain-plate conveyor handles products with uneven shapes and transfers them into large premade bags. The machine removes excess air, vacuum-seals each pouch, and runs at up to 15 bags/min, depending on the product volume and pouch size.

Package Type: 
The premade pouch packaging machine handles stand-up pouches, doypacks, flat pouches, vacuum bags, and large laminated premade bags. The pouch-feeding station supports bags up to 500 × 600 mm. Suitable materials include PA/PE, PET/PE, PET/AL/PE, and other vacuum-sealable laminated films.
