Application:
This automatic powder packing machine packs soybean powder, almond powder, grain powder, cereal powder, baking mixes, nutrition powder, and similar products. The screw feeder supplies powder to the 4-head twin-screw linear weigher, while Teflon-coated contact surfaces reduce powder buildup during weighing. The powder packaging machine then forms, fills, gussets, seals, and cuts each bag at up to 60 bags/min, depending on filling weight and powder flow

Package Type:
The powder pouch packing machine produces back-seal gusset bags from roll film. The side gussets give larger powder packs more internal space and a fuller bag shape. It works with printed or plain laminated films such as PET/PE, PET/AL/PE, BOPP/PE, and other heat-sealable materials.
