Application:
This machine is suitable for coffee powder, seasoning powder, milk powder and other powder products packed in small back-seal sachets made from roll film. Such as coffee powder, milk tea powder, cocoa powder, instant drink powder, seasoning powder, spice powder, pepper powder, chili powder, chicken powder, soup powder, milk powder, nutrition powder, protein powder, cereal powder, glucose powder, detergent powder and cleaning powder.

Package Type: 
Multi-lane stick-type or sachet-type filter paper pouch packaging, including forming, dosing, sealing, and cutting from roll material.

Feature:
1. Four-lane packing structure allows the machine to fill and seal four powder sachets during each working cycle.
2. Independent auger screw measuring units support adjustable dosing for fine powder and powdered food products.
3. The storage tank supplies material continuously to the auger filling system during production.
4. Roll film is automatically pulled, formed and sealed into small back-seal sachets inside the machine.
5. Servo-driven puller rollers help control film feeding during continuous multi-lane packaging.
6. Vertical sealing bars and the horizontal sealing and cutting unit complete sachet sealing and separation in sequence.
7. The control panel allows operators to set packing parameters and monitor the working status from one screen.
8. Date printing and hanging-hole punching devices can be configured according to the finished bag design.
