Automatic 3-in-1 Coffee Stick Pack Counting & Pouch Repacking Machine

The Automatic Coffee Stick Pack Counting & Pouch Repacking Machine integrates coffee stick pack production, automatic arranging and counting, and secondary pouch packaging into one continuous production system.

The machine first pulls roll packaging film and prints the production date. The coffee powder measuring system then doses the product and fills it into the stick bags. The stick packs are automatically sealed and cut before entering the arranging and counting section.

After production, the finished coffee stick packs are automatically arranged and counted. The system groups 50 stick packs, transfers them through the lifting and conveying system, and loads them into automatically fed and opened premade pouches.

The secondary packaging section includes material detection, emergency product discharge, automatic pouch feeding and opening, 50-piece counting, pouch loading, finished-product conveying and final weight checking. Finished pouches are finally collected on the product turntable.
