Application:
This multi lane packing machine packs protein powder, collagen powder, probiotics, milk powder, coffee powder, drink mixes, pharmaceutical powder, nutrition blends, and similar dry products into single-dose sticks. After filling and sealing, the line counts and groups the sticks before loading them into retail cartons. The stick packing machine suits food, supplement, pharmaceutical, and contract-packing lines that need stick production and cartoning in one system. Landpack also uses this type of line for protein powder, instant coffee, whey powder, probiotics, vitamin mixes, and medicine powders.

Package Type: 
The stick pack machine produces narrow back-seal stick sachets from roll film and then loads them into folding paper cartons. The stick section can handle different bag lengths and widths according to lane setup, while the cartoner can work with straight-tuck, reverse-tuck, snap-lock, crash-lock, auto-bottom, and small rectangular cartons after matching the carton mechanism.
