1. The 14-head 1.6L multihead combination weigher measures candy, nuts, dried fruit and other granular products automatically for continuous packaging.
2. The LD-420A vertical packing machine completes film forming, filling, vertical sealing, horizontal sealing and cutting in one integrated process.
3. Dual-servo control works with the PLC and HMI to coordinate film pulling and horizontal sealing during production.
4. Automatic film deviation correction helps keep the roll film aligned during continuous bag forming.
5. The thermal transfer printer can print production dates, batch information, barcodes, QR codes and other variable information on the packaging film.
6. The machine can be customized for continuous linked-pouch production, including 5-linked pack formats and hanging-hole punching.
7. The main machine frame uses 304 stainless steel construction for easier cleaning around the product handling and packaging area.
