Application:

Feature:
1. Auger screw feeding conveyor transfers powder automatically to the dosing hopper for continuous packaging operation.

3. Anti-static device helps reduce powder adhesion on the film or sealing area during bag forming and filling.
4. Vertical form fill seal structure completes film unwinding, bag forming, filling, sealing and cutting in one process.
5. Metal detector checks finished bags for possible metal contamination before final collection.
6. Checkweigher verifies the finished bag weight and helps remove underweight or overweight packs from the line.
7. Output collecting turntable gathers finished bags for easier manual picking, sorting or connection with downstream equipment.
