Workflow: 
This is automatic vertical packing machine for seasoning products. Here's how it works step-by-step:
1. Material Feeding – The Z-type conveyor lifts the granular seasoning materials from the hopper to the multihead weigher automatically.
2. Precision Weighing – The 10-head 0.5L combination weigher calculates the optimal weight combination for each 3g portion.
3. Film Unwinding & Bag Forming – The machine pulls the film, shapes it into a back-sealing pouch, and prepares it for filling.
4. Bag Sealing Bottom & Vertical Edge – The machine seals the vertical back seam and bottom seam to create a fully formed pouch ready for dosing.
5. Filling – The weigher discharges the measured 3g vegetable seasoning into the pouch smoothly.
6. Final Sealing & Cutting– The top of the bag is sealed tightly, then cut off as a finished sachet.
7. Finished Product Discharge – Completed seasoning pouches are discharged onto the conveyor for easier collection, counting, or downstream packing.
