Application:
This swab packaging machine is designed for individual packing of cotton swabs, throat swabs, nasal swabs, specimen collection swabs and similar long medical consumables. The automatic feeder transfers each swab into the packing section before film forming, roller sealing and cutting.

Package Type:
Suitable for individually sealed flat swab packs made from upper and lower roll film. The machine can work with compatible paper-plastic, paper-paper and laminated packaging materials, including printed film with color marks.

4. Sealing mold machining tolerance reaches within 0.01 mm for the confirmed machine configuration.
5. Automatic film alignment corrects film position during continuous operation.
6. Photoelectric tracking supports single-side color marks and double-side printed film.
7. Double-side color mark adjustment controls registration deviation to approximately 3–4 mm under specified film settings.
8. 304 stainless steel conveyor chain carries swabs through the feeding and packing section.
9. High-speed steel cutting knife produces a clean cut at the finished pack position.
