Application:

1. Cam-driven box-motion end sealing jaws move with the product during sealing to provide a longer sealing contact time.
2. Reciprocating sealing structure supports thicker products, tray packs and packaging films requiring controlled sealing time.
3. Chain conveyor feeding keeps products separated and transfers them continuously into the bag-forming section.
4. Adjustable bag former can be changed according to different product widths, heights and tray dimensions.
5. Film feeding rollers guide the roll film smoothly and help maintain consistent film tension during operation.
6. Fin seal wheels complete the longitudinal seal before the package enters the end-sealing section.
7. The HMI control panel allows operators to adjust packing speed, bag length, sealing temperature and operating parameters.
8. Horizontal sealing and cutting are completed in one reciprocating movement to form the finished pillow package.
9. The outlet conveyor transfers finished packs steadily and can connect with checkweighers, metal detectors, cartoning machines or case packers.
