Application:

Such as panko bread crumbs, dried bread crumbs, seasoned bread crumbs, coating crumbs, oatmeal, rolled oats, breakfast cereal, brown sugar, white sugar, rock sugar granules, salt, seeds, coconut flakes, crushed nuts and mixed granular food products.

Features:
1. Z type elevator feeds bread crumbs and granular products automatically into the weighing system, reducing manual feeding during continuous production.
2. 4 heads linear weigher supports weighing and dosing for bread crumbs, sugar granules, oats and similar free-flowing products.
3. Vertical form fill seal structure completes bag forming, filling, sealing and cutting from roll film in one machine.
4. The machine can produce back seal bags and gusset bags according to the bag forming structure and film material.
5. Ribbon date printer can print production date, batch number or simple coding information on the film before sealing.
6. Servo driven puller rollers help control film pulling length and keep bag size consistent during operation.
7. Finished bags are discharged by the output conveyor for collection or connection with downstream equipment.
