Application:
This automatic counting packing machine counts and packs screws, nuts, bolts, washers, rubber O-rings, silicone parts, plastic fittings, clips, and other small components. The CCD vision system identifies each piece and controls the quantity before bagging. With suitable product-contact parts, the machine can also handle individually countable food products such as candies and small snacks.

Package Type:
The counting packing machine makes bags from heat-sealable tubular film. It seals the top and bottom of each pack and supports vent holes for air exhaust. The thermal transfer printer can add logos, production dates, batch numbers, barcodes, and QR codes to the film.
