High-Speed Automatic Toothpaste Plastic Tube Filling and Sealing Machine

Application:
This plastic tube filling and sealing machine fills toothpaste, whitening gel, dental cream, cosmetic cream, hand cream, facial cleanser, ointment, gel, and other viscous or semi-viscous products. The machine feeds each tube, checks its orientation, fills the product through a piston system, heats and seals the tail, stamps the date, trims the edge, and sends the finished tube out.

Package Type: 
The plastic tube sealing machine handles plastic tubes and laminated tubes in different diameters and lengths. It supports printed tubes with color registration marks, hot-air tail sealing, embossed date or batch codes, and straight trimmed ends. Matching tube holders and filling nozzles allow changes between different tube formats.
