Features:

2. The dual-head gear pump filling system fills two spout pouches simultaneously and allows the filling volume to be adjusted through the control system.
3. The CIP circulation system cleans the storage tank, filling pumps and internal pipelines to reduce manual dismantling during product changeover.
4. A cap elevator transfers caps automatically into the vibration bowl for continuous cap feeding.
5. The vibration bowl sorts and orients caps before delivering them to the automatic capping station.
6. The dual-head water washing station cleans the pouch spout after filling to remove product residue before capping.
7. Automatic pouch feeding, filling, washing and capping are integrated into one enclosed production system.
