Application:
This frozen food packaging machine packs frozen meatballs, fish balls, dumplings, seafood, shrimp, chicken pieces, frozen vegetables, and other loose frozen foods. Two inclined conveyors move the product through the weighing and filling sections without requiring excessive machine height. The 10-head weigher portions each batch before the vertical machine forms and seals the bag. This frozen food packing machine runs at up to 60 bags/min, depending on product size, target weight, and bag dimensions.

Package Type:
The machine produces pillow bags and back-seal bags directly from roll film. It works with laminated films used for frozen foods, including PET/PE, BOPP/PE, PA/PE, and other low-temperature-resistant heat-sealable materials. Bag width, length, filling weight, and printed film design can change according to the product.
