Suitable for individual four-side sealed flat packs made from heat-sealable single-layer or laminated roll films such as BOPP, CPP, PET-based and aluminum laminated films.

Workflow: 
Film Unwinding → Product Feeding by Finger Pusher → Upper & Lower Film Feeding → Product Positioning → Four-Side Mold Forming & Sealing → Film Pulling → Cutting → Finished Pack Output

2. Finger pusher feeding system transfers individual flat products into the packaging area in sequence.
3. Upper and lower film feeding structure allows the product to be enclosed between two packaging films before four-side sealing.
4. High-sensitivity photoelectric color mark tracking helps align printed film with the sealing and cutting position.
5. Independent PID temperature control allows sealing temperatures to be adjusted according to different heat-sealable packaging films.
6. Touch-screen HMI provides parameter setting, operating status display and fault alarm information from one control panel.
7. Position-selectable stop control helps reduce film sticking around the cutting and sealing area when the machine stops.
