The Target & Challenge:

    This client wants to fill tea leaves in jars, two sizes of round jars, speed up to 50-60 jars per minute, what machines are recommended?

How We Did It (Solution):

    Firstly, this speed is 50-60 jars per minute, we recommend a 14 heads multi-head combination weigher to metering weight, which measures speed is very high and high accuracy as well. This weigher connects with Z type feeder to load material to the weigher automatically. Besides, we will adopt a double rotary head filling machine to increase the speed, but different jar diameters need to change the jar's mold.

    Besides, we suggest double heads 4 wheels screw capping machine, it is not just capping faster, it is capping tighter. To save labor, the capping machine can be equipped with a caps feeder to load caps to the capping machine automatically, no need to put caps on jars manually.

    At last, for the labeling machine, this sticker label is transparent, we will customize high sensitivity sensor to detect labels. And this labeling machine we use rotary label-out to increase speed. this machine can be equipped with a ribbon printer, inkjet printer, laser printer, print manufacture date/expiration date/batch number, etc.
