May 2022. The customer, a production line manager in Mexico, found LANDPACK Penny. Based on my experience in nut packaging, I got the customer's recognition of our machine scheme and placed the order.

The final customer did not choose the supplier they had always cooperated within the Netherlands but chose LANDPACK as their new supplier.

Although the machine has been completed and shipped, the first step of our service is after the customer receives the machine, although we can go to the customer's factory to help install and debug the machine, this will increase the cost and time. We generally recommend helping customers solve all problems online first so that we can respond more quickly to customers' after-sales requirements.
