The Target & Challenge:

    This client has round and flat bottle,need one line from mixing to labeling for liquid soap.

How We Did It (Solution): 

    First, Mixing tank is used for mixing different materials. After mixing, machine will provide liquid soap to filling machine automatically.

    Second, filling machine is gear pump metering,gear pump is a continuous metering method. When filling large weights, gear pump only needs to control different capacities and cutting speeds through the speed of the rotor pump and the pulse speed of the rotor pump. It is widely used for filling laundry detergent, liquid detergent, liquid soap, and so on. Gear pumps are easier to clean than pistons. filling machine no bottle no filling, different filling range is adjustable, Different bottle shape is adjustable. 

    Third, screw capping machine suitable for different cap size and bottle size, automatic caps feeder is customized.

    Forth, this double sides labeling machine is suitable for one side, two sides or round side labeling, all are adjustable on one machine. it is equipped with ribbon printer,can print expire date, batch number and expire date.

    At last, automatic sleeve shrink wrapping machine can pack 2/4/6 bottles in one package .other quantities can be customized.
