South Africa Customer Three in One Solution

Our customer from South Africa, he plans to build his contract packaging factory in Australia. So he contact Landpack’s sale engineer to learn our machines in details.

After almost 7~8 month planing and adjustment on the solution. Finally fixed a perfect available solution that meets all his needs. 

Here is the final idea & Our engineering team preparing the layout accordingly:

Customer request the system can have below 3 main function

1)It can fully automatic weighing and packing grain product/Pet treat with film roll making bag;

2)It can also fully automatic weighing and packing grain product/ Pet treat into Doypack

3)It can fully automatic weighing and packing powder into doypack system.

That we call 3 in one system. This idea is pretty smart, but also it’s a bit complicated. Any our engineer is trying his best to custom-made the solution for the customer.

The final Solution comes out as below layout.

Packaging bag style:

A: Pre-made bag for grain & Powder

B: Film roll making bag (pillow Bag)

1.Product Name: Grain Product/Pet Treats; Powder 

2.Bag style: Film Roll Making bag, Pre-made Pouch  

3.Bag capacity : 100g~ 1kg

4.Speed Request:  20~40bags per min.  

After check our solution and the cost, our customers make his decision. And release deposit with 2 transfer smoothly. Below is deposit bank slip 

To meet all above requirement, our engineering team and production teams start preparing drawing and raw material once the deposit arrived. 

After around 45~60 working days, the machine has been finished assembling and testing. Finished system layout as below:
