The Target & Challenge:

    The end customer from the USA market wants to pack spices powders from 1kg to 5kg with square bottles shaped irregular cap size one size, now for manual packing but they want packing speed increased so need a spice powder filling machine line with capping.

How We Did It (Solution):

    After chatting with the end customer there by WhatsApp we gave the end customer the below proposal with an auger feeder +1 head auger filling machine +cap lifer +servo capping machine after that add one foil sealing machine and collection table.

    As spice powder usually very easily gets wet when goes into the air, so needs a servo capping machine that will cap more tightly after that add a precut foil pass through the foil sealing machine which is more important.
