Working process:

1. Automatic tubes feeding on machine

2. Tube orientation checking pattern

3. Filling liquid material into empty tubes

4. Tubes electric inner heating

5. Outer tubes heating-tubes tail sealing

6. Expire date/production date heating 

7. Cutting 

8. Finished product output.

This machine is stable for filling jam, gel, cream, honey, etc.

Tube diameter: Φ15mm-Φ50mm (customizable)

Tube length: 50mm-220mm (customizable)

Filling range: 0-250ml

This is a customer from Spain. We received an inquiry from the customer on August 17th and he placed the order on August 22nd.

Confirm the order with the customer after sending the quote.

After a discussion about the terms of payment, the customer pays the deposit.

Upon receipt of the deposit, our production department will begin production. After the machine is produced a test video will be sent to the customer for acceptance.

After the customer confirms and pays the final payment we will pack the machine in wooden crates and send it out.
