The Target & Challenge:

    The customer is from the United States, and he wants to pack disposable cutlery in a plastic bag with auto feeder, the items are knife, spoon, and fork.

    Package requirement: single one-piece item in one package.

    Fork dimension: (Length)6.5" x  (Width)1.25"

    Spoon: (Length)6" * (Width)1.5"

    Knife : (Length)6.5" 9 (Width) 0.75"

How We Did It (Solution):

    According to the client's package requirements and product details, we recommended the solution below:

    1. Main flow wrapping machine: Model LP-350X, three servo driven system, anti-empty bag function, PLC control system.

    2. Spoon and fork auto feeder: Suction type to feed the spoon and fork to the feeding conveyor automatically. The dimensions of the spoon and fork are very similar to each other, so equipped with one spoon auto feeder.

    3. Knife auto feeder: Suction type to feed the knife to the feeding conveyor automatically.

    4. Transformer: 6KW transformer from 120V to 220V, single phase.
