Four Days in Mexico City: Landpack at EXPO PACK México 2026

Aug. 04, 2026

For four days in June, Booth 2680 became Landpack's meeting point with packaging professionals in Mexico City.

EXPO PACK México 2026 ran from June 2 to 5 at Expo Santa Fe México. The aisles stayed busy with visitors looking at machinery, comparing production methods and speaking directly with equipment suppliers.

For Landpack, the exhibition was less about giving the same introduction repeatedly and more about listening to what each visitor needed to change inside their factory.

A Look Back at Booth 2680

Some visitors stopped after seeing the machines at the booth. Others already knew Landpack and came with product photos, package samples or factory videos saved on their phones.

The conversations moved quickly from general questions to practical details:

1. What product needs packing or filling?
2. What package does the factory currently use?
3. Which step still relies on manual work?
4. Does the customer need one machine or a connected production line?

These were not conversations that could end with a brochure. Each product, package and workshop brought a different set of questions.

The video below brings together moments from Landpack's four days in Mexico City, including the exhibition hall, Booth 2680 and conversations between our team and visitors.

The video captures what exhibition photos cannot fully show: the pace of the booth, the questions raised during each discussion and the way visitors compared different machinery options at close range.

The Conversations Started with Real Products

Packaging discussions become much clearer when the product sits on the table.

Visitors talked with our team about powders, granules, liquids, sauces, snacks and other products. Some brought finished packages. Some showed photos of the bags, bottles, jars or containers they planned to use. Others played short videos of their current production process.

Our team used this information to discuss suitable feeding, measuring, filling, sealing and conveying methods.

More Questions Than Machine Speed

Output matters, but it was not the only concern raised at Booth 2680.

Visitors also asked about changing package sizes, working with several filling weights, connecting new equipment to an existing line and fitting machinery into limited factory space.

Other discussions covered coding, labeling, capping, cartoning, case packing and palletizing.

These conversations showed why packaging equipment cannot be chosen by speed alone. The machine must also match the product, package, operators and layout of the factory.

Face-to-Face Made the Difference

Emails and video calls can cover specifications, but meeting in person changes the conversation.

Visitors could point to a machine section and ask how it worked. Our team could sketch a line layout, compare different structures and explain which information still needed confirmation.

Some discussions lasted only a few minutes. Others continued as visitors brought colleagues back to the booth or returned with more project details.

The exhibition gave both sides a faster way to identify the real questions behind each enquiry.

The Exhibition Ended, but the Projects Continued

EXPO PACK México 2026 closed on June 5, but many conversations from Booth 2680 continued after the team left Mexico City.

The next steps differ from project to project. Some customers need to send product samples. Some need to confirm package dimensions or filling ranges. Others need a machine layout based on their workshop space.

Our team continues to review the information collected during the exhibition and discuss the remaining technical details with customers.
