The Target & Challenge:

    This USA customer needs to package snacks similar to potato chips. The customer's production capacity is very large and requires 6 machines to work together. We need to customize a plan to link the entire production line, so we customized the following plan for the customer.

How We Did It (Solution):

    First of all, we chose a large-angle elevator to provide customers with first-level feeding and transport materials to the material distribution and conveying line. We have a material dividing and blocking mechanism on the material dividing and conveying line to help materials enter the elevator hopper. Then it is transported to the combination scale by the elevator and then enters the packaging host after combination measurement. If necessary, we can also add a weight detector on the back end to detect the weight of each package.
