The Target & Challenge:

  This is a customer from Sri Lanka who needs to pack jelly. The customer had a machine in use but needed to increase production capacity, so we recommended our multi-lanes machine to the customer.

How We Did It (Solution): 

  The customer's original packaging was a back-sealed bag, so we continued the customer's packaging and recommended a back-sealed multi-lanes machine. Each row has a corresponding bag maker, and the horizontal sealing mechanism is servo controlled to ensure the packaging effect of each row.During the conversation, we showed the customer the cases we had done. After confirming the details, the customer recognized our plan and finally chose to place an order.
