The Target & Challenge:

    The france customer's product is 4pcs buns per pack, size is 225*260*110 (high)

How We Did It (Solution):

    After checking with our engineering team, that size is no problem for us:

    According to the client's 225*260*110 (high), so the film size is (225+110)*2+30=700mm.

    We recommend the client to use the LP-800 packing machine, the max film width is 800mm width.

    Recommendation:

    LP-800 packing machine:

    1. Put the buns by hand--then machine automatic roll film forming to bag--automatic cutting and take out.

    2. The packing speed is about 20-25 bags/minute when you pack 4 pcs. Depending on your worker's speed.

    3. 4 pieces of bun upright packaging without a tray, easy to lose on the conveyor line, so we added the auxiliary feeding of bag maker and Auxiliary feeding brushes to make it pack better.
