Argentina Customer Case Who Bought A Frozen Dumpling Machine System

Our customer from Argentina has been purchased from us a flow packing machine 2 years ago for their fresh noodle project. Which is using very well in their factory.

With the needs of business development, they plan to use fully automatic equipment in the project of frozen dumplings. Here are the bags they currently pack manually.

1. Product Name: Frozen dumpling (ravioli and frozen gnocchi)

2. Bag style: Hand-made bag now, and will plan to upgrade to pillow bag (one kind of general film roll-making bag)

3. Bag capacity and Size:  

500g bag, 15cm width x 28cm length

1kg bag, not have it yet, but will put into the market soon. The suggested bag size will be 25cm width x 35cm length

4. Production Plan: 600 packages per hour now, and will upgrade shortly

With the above product details and production requirements. Our engineering team provides below packaging system LD-520A. It is specially designed for frozen products of up to 1 kg and can make a max bag size of 25cm width x 35cm length.

Our customer confirms the project after a few days of consulting and answering questions and after around half a month of waiting for the importing license.

After around 45 working days, the machine has been finished assembling and testing.

Final Testing Video:

The machine finished loading and we will send the customer pictures timely to confirm.
