Olive Oil Filling Line Project From American Customers

The Challenge:

This customer is from Unite States (USA) , and is the manufacturer about pure olive oil in PET bottles.

Product name: olive oil

Bottle shape: round shape

Filling range: 118ml in one bottle

Filling capacity: 1200 bottles per hour

Other requirements:

Put the lids on the bottle spout and close them by machine, and then stick the labels on whole circle of bottle body. Also he wants to sealing the bottle spout with foil.

The Solution:

According to client’s detailed requirements and details, we recommended the solution as below:

1.4 heads filling nozzle piston pump type filling machine (customer required): piston pump liquid measuring and filling system, to match production capacity about 960-1440 bottles per hour (for 118ml olive oil).

It is also equipped with one liquid auto feeder (transporting the olive oil from floor to storage hopper on the filling machine top).

2.Caps auto feeder: Automatic elevator and caps track feeding mold to put the caps on the bottle spout automatically.  

One cap tracking feeding mold is only for one cap size: dia.24mm cap size. 

3.Capping machine (for screw type cap): Suitable for the caps type about screw type caps.

4.Foil induction sealing machine (wind cooled type): Suitable for two layer materials(paper+foil) sealing.  

5.Labeling machine: round shape bottle labels, sticking on the round bottle circle body.  

6.Inkjet printer: print MFG, EXP and Batch number on the bottle body.

7.Empty bottle feeding turntable and collecting turntable: Feed and transport the empty to filling machine with belt, and final collect finished bottles in the platform.
