Saudi Arabia Tableware Packaging Machine With Automatic Unloader Feeder Customer Case

The Challenge:

The customer is from Saudi Arabia, and he wants to pack disposable cutlery sets in one plastic bag with auto feeders, the items are knife, spoon,fork,napkin and stick(in paper bag), total 5 items in one bag.

Package requirement: 5 different items in one package. 

The Solution:

According to client’s package requirements and product details, we recommended the solution as below:

1.Main flow wrapping machine: Model LP-350X, three servo driven system, anti-empty bag function, PLC control system. 

2.Spoon auto feeder: Suction type to feed the spoon and fork to the feeding conveyor automatically, one size spoon with one auto feeder. 

3.Knife auto feeder: Suction type to feed the knife to the feeding conveyor automatically, one size knife with one auto feeder.   

4.Fork auto feeder: Suction type to feed the knife to the feeding conveyor automatically,one size fork with one auto feeder. 

5.Tissue/Napkin auto folding and feeder: Folding the flat tissue in vertical and horizontal sides through film rolls automatically. 

6.Stick auto sorting packing and feeding device: Sorting the sticks with a small turntable, and then feed the stick on the paper, then sealing and cutting with package individually. Final it can feed the stick bag on the feeding conveyor one bag by one bag automatically.
