The Target & Challenge:

    The customer is from Sri Lanka, and one of his customers wants a weighing packing machine to pack chocolate bars(after single wrapping) in a plastic bag.

    Package requirement: 160-360 grams in one back-sealed bag package. 

    Bag sizes: (four bag sizes)

    1.W150*L200mm

    2.W160*L225mm

    3. W175*L250mm

    4. W180*L280mm

    Packaging speed: Around 100-140 bpm

How We Did It (Solution):

    We recommended two packaging solutions to match the requirements according to the client's package requirements and product details. 

Finally, after discussion and future solution, the client confirmed the solution as below:

1. Model LD-420A main packer (two sets): Two servo driven for transporting film and horizontal sealing system (double servo driven system), to match capacity requirement of about 100-140 bpm.

2. 20 heads 2.5L weigher: Equipped with timing hopper and distributor to two main packers.

3. Support platform: Support the multi-head weigher: L2400*W2400*H2300mm.

4. Z-type feeding elevator: To transport the chocolate bars from the floor to the multi-head weigher top automatically.

5. Finished product conveyor: To lift the finished chocolate bars bag package from the packer outlet automatically, to keep the packer outlet working smoothly.
