Zimbabwe Customer--Model LD-320D To Pack Powder With Corrosivity

Customer product information:

Agrochemicals powder non free flowing with corrosivity, 5g-200g/bag, with four-side sealing bag, and new business. 

LANDPACK Recommendation: Model LD-320D powder packaging machine. 

1. With 102L powder elevator, which is more convenient for people to feed the powder.

2. Contacted material part is 316 stainless steel to avoid the rust, as the powder is with corrosivity, much better to avoid the rust. While the frame is 304 stainless steel, unnecessary to make full 316 stainless steel, the price is much more expensive.

3.  Measure from 5g-200g, the range is so much different. One measuring screw cannot cover so wide range, that will affect the speed and accuracy. We recommend four screws, one for 5g-10g, one for 10g-50g, one for 50g-100g, one for 100g-200g.

After confirming product details, we will make the detail quotation of this machines.

Then the customer required to pack 200g-1kg powder, we recommended LD-420D.
