  Client Liquid flowing like gel and foamy,500ml-6L round and square bottle, all bottles need use in one filling machine.

How We Did It (Solution):  

  Gear pump filling machine with 6 filling nozzles would be recommended.Gear pump filling system ,which is controlled by servo motor to ensure the high metering precision and has no limited filling range.The filling speed is about 600 bottle/hour when fill 5L;

  Linear filling machine is can suitable for different size bottles, and that is no need to change any spare parts when you change different size bottles, you just need to adjust the machine.Filling heads with lifting filling can reduce the generation of foam.
