How to install a film roll on a vertical packaging machine

     There is always a comfusing question from the customers: How do we install a roll of film on a packging machine!  

     Especially for those customers who just have the first machine on their workshop. It takes a lot of time to figure out for the film installation even with a video teaching them how to do that.

     This article is to teach people on a simple process and simple presentation. 

     Firstly ,we have to make the right direction for the film roll.

This is the step 1.

Step 2, wrap over the frame

Step3 , over the lower roller

Step 4 , roll it over the roller from the inside

Step 5 pull it over roller from the inside

Step8  through the gap between two cylinders.

Step 12 get it on the bag former

Step 13 Wrap it around the bag former, notice: try to follow how the hands process in the picture

Step 14, watch the hands in the pictrue, place on the bag former, try to move up and down and try to get the film through the gap between cylinder and forming pact.

Step 15 Keep moving and with a little press on the  forming part at the same time

Step 16 Now it’s all warpping over the cylinder of bag former

Step 17 this is looking perfect.
